Project Manager- Digital Economy

Job Description :

• Help to design and implement digital agendas, master plans for pilot projects, with the purpose of accelerating the penetration, use and adoption of digital technologies.
• Provide advice and contribute to the debate on how different technologies should be deployed to accomplish the objectives of the digital strategies
• Undertake dialogue with key stakeholders to identify potential areas of policy intervention in the digital space, including aspects related to infrastructure deployment, strategic regulations, governance models and specific services and applications that contribute to increase productivity of the economies
• Prepare knowledge and capacity-building sector products, consistent with the agency’s needs and development objectives in the above sector.
• Identify, design and prepare analyses for potential projects and programs related to the agencies digital agenda.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of corporate development or business development or partnership development in an environment with commercial revenue targets or quotas
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a technology company
• Minimum 4 years of experience launching startups and products based on digital computing technologies
• Minimum 3 years of experience advising upper management or government agencies
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading on demand transportation or logistics platforms operating in at least 3 major metropolitan markets, such as DC, NY, Boston
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the taxi and ridesharing space
