PROJECT MANAGER

  • Assist Project Manager in developing the Project Execution Plan.
  • Review tender documents.
  • Assist Safety Manager in reviewing & approving all sub-contractor safety documents including method statements, risk assessments & safe work procedures.
  • Coordinate works involving various disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist Project Manager in reviewing contractor documentation e.g. shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals etc.
  • Conduct contractor weekly progress and site wide daily coordination meetings.
  • Ensure works are being executed as per approved method statements and safe work procedures.
  • Assist Project Safety Dept. in the regular site safety walks, daily toolbox talks etc.
  • Ensure installation works meet IFE’s quality standards & materials delivered to site meets the project specs.
  • Monitor the site progress for all construction works, to provide the PM with daily & weekly reports.
  • Ensure works are being executed as per approved construction drawings and specifications.
  • Verify contractor progress claims by ensuring claimed volume of work & installed works are aligned.
  • Liaise with the local Authorities to ensure the construction works are code compliant.
  • Coordinate the final walk-down inspection/handover of all works at site. Execution Subcontracting
