Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overall project management and implementation
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to quality standards and governing codes
- Tendering & cost estimation
- Lead a team of Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors onsite activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervising commercial and government project.
- Good knowledge in Contract Management.
- Experience in Preparation of Tender documentations.
- Good analytical skills and resourceful.
- Team player and able to work with all levels of staff.
- Effectively bilingual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge in project management methodology.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Posses own vehicle is an advantage.
