Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overall project management and implementation
  • Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
  • Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to quality standards and governing codes
  • Tendering & cost estimation
  • Lead a team of Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors onsite activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervising commercial and government project.
  • Good knowledge in Contract Management.
  • Experience in Preparation of Tender documentations.
  • Good analytical skills and resourceful.
  • Team player and able to work with all levels of staff.
  • Effectively bilingual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in project management methodology.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels.
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Posses own vehicle is an advantage.
