Project Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and deliver customer projects from quote‑to‑cash execution, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timeline, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and documentation teams to enable smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on project‑related communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, resource plans, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with regional and global project management teams to resolve execution challenges and share best practices.
  • Lead project review meetings and provide clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer‑focused, and safety‑driven project environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience leading customer‑facing projects in engineering, systems, software, automation, or related technical environments.
  • Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a structured yet flexible way.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in multinational or APAC project environments.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, process automation systems, or industrial software.
  • Experience using ERP systems or project management and reporting tools.
  • Project management certification or additional training in business or operations management.
