Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
  • Analyze and review drawings, site requirements, and project scope to inform planning and execution.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and monitor site progress to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, factory, and site teams to coordinate project activities.
  • Participate in site meetings and proactively resolve site issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Organize site measurements, delivery logistics, installation processes, and rectification works to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Inspect workmanship to verify compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of variation works, site activities, and project updates for transparent reporting.
  • Enforce site safety protocols, maintain housekeeping standards, and facilitate smooth project handovers.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in renovation, carpentry, interior fit-out, or construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and understand site works.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing multiple projects independently.
  • Responsible and organized work approach with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Class 3 driving licence (advantageous for site visits and logistics coordination).
