Job Description: <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>At ENH iSecure, you will be\nworking with leading edge technologies and solving complex IT and business\nchallenges. You will be responsible to work closely with Business and\nTechnology teams, leading the understanding and successful implementation of\nthe technology solutions to business requirements, designers and testers while\nbeing the SPOC to clients and senior management at ENH iSecure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Perform\n project management, business analyst roles for all cybersecurity projects\n (Product neutral) at ENH iSecure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Responsible\n for project initiation, AS\-IS TO\-BE documentation, requirement analysis\n completely.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Responsible\n for co\-ordination with technology teams for design, development,\n infrastructure deployments, testing and production go live; during this\n phase, the client engagement/stakeholder management for driving the\n projects is also mandatory.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Serve as a\n liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business and\n technical requirements are identified, validated, and traced; ensuring to\n follow all OEM recommended best practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in\n the collection of data element requirements and identification of data\n relationships.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Facilitate\n joint application review/design sessions (JAD) with clients &\n technical teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Responsible\n in capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks, and\n issues to the appropriate stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Responsible\n for optimizing milestone management in fixed bill projects, resource\n optimization in T&M projects, full utilization in all support\n projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Co\-ordination\n with internal finance in ensuring accurate billing from time to time.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Create a\n trusting working relationship with the project team, business lead and\n clients.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Participate\n in and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution,\n communication, and post\-project activities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Communicate\n with delivery leader; ensure complete SWOT analysis on all projects time\n to time; initiative\-taking risk identification (Individually) and risk\n mitigation with the help of leadership and teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Create\n project\-related updates, documentation and presentations using tools such\n as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Roles &\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Strong\n Business Analysis skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding\n of enterprise software; understanding of organizational process in using\n these<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good\n experience in PM + BA activities; documentation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Comprehensive\n experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Exceptionally\n good in people handling Diligent, Precise, Initiative\-taking, Analytical;\n must have handled at least few technical teams as reporting manager.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n of software delivery management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n working with international customers globally.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Extensive\n exp with PM tools.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in creating all project related documentation (Functional/Non\-Functional,\n Testing etc.).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in ensuring all technical documentation delivery related to the projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Stakeholder\n Management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Working\n level knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS projects and other productivity\n tools.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent\n verbal and Communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identity\n and Access Management (IAM) domain exposure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>MBA ITBM or MBA IT systems\ncandidates are eligible. MBA \- HR/Marketing/Finance etc. candidates are not\neligible.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Must be an Engineering\ngraduate from ECE/EEE/IT/CSE only!<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Must have skills: <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>software\u2019s for enabling\nfunctional purposes, respectively.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Previous exp handling\nCybersecurity projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Good Understanding of COBIT\nstandards.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Preferred to have any one of\nthe following certifications to consider for the role \- PMP, CISA, CISM<\/span><\/span>
