What’s the role?
Join our Pacific Transformation team and play a leading role in delivering Financial Crime initiatives that protect our customers and communities. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of projects that uplift capability, enhance systems, and strengthen how we meet regulatory obligations across PNG and Fiji.

You’ll collaborate with teams across business, risk, compliance and technology to drive delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are well governed, risks are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned. Your work will directly contribute to improving Financial Crime controls and ensuring we meet evolving regulatory requirements.

This is an 18 month contract based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexible hybrid working.

What do I need?
• Experience delivering projects in financial services or similarly complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering risk, regulatory or transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches and tools
• Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
