Job Description

  • Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs

  • Ensure effective communication between the Product management team and our core internal partners in Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Life Operations, Marketing and Distribution

  • Provides regular communication and updates on progress ensure visibility and action on the key risks and issues

  • Collaborate with the Product managers and other stakeholders to manage timeline and track implementation progress for the entire product development cycle, from pre-launch to post-launch

  • Ensure completion of product launch signoffs, record management of all relevant documents and post-launch review under Product Management

  • Identify areas of optimisation and improvements by deconstructing issues and proposing solutions for future improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.

  • Diploma / Degree with between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with successful track records

  • Prior life insurance product development and implementation experience would be preferred
