<\/span><\/span><\/div>In the last seven years, we have collected, cleaned and published nearly 70,000+ public interest datasets and are catering to an active user base of more than a million citizens. Some of our publicly available open data initiatives include <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Intelligent Data Solution for Disaster Risk Reduction (IDS\-DRR)<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Open Budgets India<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>, and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Open Contracting India<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>, among others. <\/span><\/span><\/h1>We seek a dynamic professional with 4\-5 years of experience to lead our<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Gender and Inclusion projects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>. This role involves working closely with <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>our government partners<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> (senior bureaucrats, ministries and various departments), industry experts and multilateral institutions, as well as managing a multidisciplinary internal team of technologists, data strategists, domain experts, designers and researchers, to ensure high\-quality execution of impact\-driven projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>In this role, you will be giving 25% of your time towards exploring new project opportunities and supporting scaling or expansion of initiatives, 65% towards managing and implementing ongoing projects, and the remaining 10% on broader organisational responsibilities. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
