· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support preparation of trackers, dashboards, and\nreports on gender action plan progress.<\/span>

Capacity Building & Communication<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate workshops, sensitisation sessions, and\ntraining on gender equity.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop documentation, case studies, and awareness\nmaterials to highlight gender integration.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Qualifications: <\/span><\/b>Bachelor's\ndegree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, International Development, or a\nrelated field. Master's degree preferred.<\/span> <\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work Experience:<\/span><\/b> We\nvalue both professional and personal experience. Candidates\nwith 4\-6 years of relevant experience in project\nmanagement, with specific exposure to gender mainstreaming, social inclusion,\nor equity\-focused programs. Additionally, a good understanding\nof gender concepts, intersectionality, <\/u>frameworks, and\ntools which apply to government entities and familiarity with\nthe Indian education system is highly desirable. <\/span> <\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Soft Skills<\/span><\/b>: Strong\nwritten and verbal communication skills in English (and local language, if\napplicable).
