Candidates\nwith 4\-6 years of relevant experience in project\nmanagement, with specific exposure to gender mainstreaming, social inclusion,\nor equity\-focused programs. <\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support Lead reviews of classroom practices,\ncommunity environment, and learning materials through a gender and inclusion\nlens.<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide logistical and administrative support for\ngender\-related initiatives.<\/span>
<\/h1> <\/span><\/span>Monitoring\n& Data Management<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collect and maintain gendersex\-disaggregated data\nfrom programs.<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support preparation of trackers, dashboards, and\nreports on gender action plan progress.<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to donor and leadership reporting on\ngender\-related initiatives.<\/span>
<\/h1>Capacity Building & Communication<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate workshops, sensitisation sessions, and\ntraining on gender equity.<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop documentation, case studies, and awareness\nmaterials to highlight gender integration.<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support communication of gender work internally and\nexternally.<\/span>
<\/h1>Stakeholder Coordination<\/span>
<\/h1>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs for\ngender\-related projects.<\/span>
