Project Manager *Government Projects (AMK)

The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

• Service Level Performance.

• Service Continuity and Availability.

• Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.

• Obsolescence Management. The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders. The Project Manager is required to assist to Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspects of the Project.

• Assist in managing new setups or upgrades of system/infrastructure projects.

• Responsible for supporting operational systems, satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

• Provide project documentation and reports.

• Assist in maintaining the project's financial budget.

Requirement:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with Government procurement approaches e.g. Tender, RFQ.
  • Team player who can engage with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with managing government data related projects is a bonus.
