Responsibilities:

• Plan, design & manage M&E works for commercial renovation projects
• Prepare tender drawings, specifications & cost estimates
• Attend site meetings, project meetings & inspections
• Review shop drawings & technical submissions
• Handle contract administration matters
• Oversee testing & commissioning of M&E systems
  

Requirements:

• Experience in M&E or Construction projects
