Legal Entity Rationalization – Project Management supports regional and global M&A integration and legal entity clean-up and rationalization initiatives by coordinating and executing structured project activities. The role focuses on disciplined project execution, tracking, and coordination to support simplification of the legal entity landscape in alignment with defined global standards and governance.

The role works closely with Project Managers and functional stakeholders to support planning, execution, reporting, and documentation activities related to legal entity changes. It may support multiple concurrent initiatives across jurisdictions and regions, requiring strong coordination across Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, Compliance, and local operational teams. It also contributes to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and ways of working, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assigned project tasks. In addition, it supports the development of a more consistent and repeatable Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) framework, including standard governance, templates, trackers, and playbook documentation, to improve execution quality and reduce risk across future integration initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support the planning and execution of legal entity rationalization and clean-up initiatives, including multiple concurrent projects across regions/jurisdictions, coordinating tasks, timelines, and dependencies in alignment with the overall project plan.
  2. Track progress of legal entity changes, maintaining project plans, status reports, risks, issue logs, action trackers, and other governance tools to ensure visibility and timely escalation where needed.
  3. Collaborate with project management resources and functional stakeholders, including Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, Compliance, and local operational teams, to support a consistent, global approach to legal entity changes.
  4. Support documentation of legal entity processes, requirements, and changes, including key project artifacts such as RACI matrices, compliance checklists, lessons learned, and governance documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed standards.
  5. Assist in capturing, analyzing, and reporting data related to legal entity activities, milestones, and execution status across multiple initiatives, to support informed decision-making and effective portfolio-level visibility.
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to simplify execution and reporting activities, while helping standardize methods, templates, and execution practices to support a repeatable Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) model and strengthen integration playbook content.
  7. Support preparation of project updates, dashboards, and materials for project forums and stakeholders, including governance reviews, leadership updates, steering discussions, and executive reporting.
  8. Perform additional tasks in support of legal entity rationalization, integration, or related transformation activities.
