<\/li>- In\-depth understanding of project planning, execution, and closure phases<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Sound financial acumen including budgeting and cost control<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Vendor and contract management experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to manage large, diverse teams and resolve conflicts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with procurement processes related to projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Mandatory\- Experience in brown field & interior fitouts projects.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

- Project Planning
<\/li><\/ul>- Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.<\/span>
<\/li>- Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.<\/span>
<\/li>- Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines<\/span>
<\/li>- Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage<\/span>
<\/li>- Stakeholder Management<\/span>
<\/li>- Cost Management<\/span>
<\/li>- Resource Management<\/span>
<\/li>- Quality Management<\/span>
