Project Manager - IT/Infrastructure

Essential Duties Include:

  • Coordinate project team and extended internal resources
  • Navigate across departments, interfacing with sales, account management, procurement, first-, second-, and third-level support
  • Represent technical project team to client
  • Coordinate vendors and telecommunications careers and ISPs
  • Create and maintain scope documentation, work break down structures, and schedules
  • Perform risk management
  • Assist with customer onboarding and service definition

Qualifications and Experience

  • High-level understanding of IT infrastructure; ie, Client Server and web-based communications and operations, virtualizations, SANs, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Project
  • Project management in a technical environment; PMP certification preferred
  • Server and network administration and engineering experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of ITIL and service management (preferred)
  • Experience in a consulting, outsourcing and/or managed service environment
