Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)
You will lead complex projects in the digital assets and blockchain space and drive successful delivery for clients in banking crypto and SaaS enterprises. You will coordinate cross functional teams including engineering product and customer success to turn business goals into clear plans. You will identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies and keep stakeholders informed with transparent communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and execute multiple projects to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- Define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering product and customer success to drive project outcomes
- Communicate project status risks and progress to executive leadership and clients
- Leverage technical knowledge of enterprise software APIs and cloud solutions during implementation
- Stay informed on industry trends in banking crypto and financial infrastructure
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in banking crypto or SaaS enterprises
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software APIs and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in blockchain or digital assets is advantageous
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Fluent in English and Japanese
