Job Summary

Join JIANGAN MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. as a Project Assistant to support project management and ensure smooth operations across construction and engineering initiatives in the Woodlands North Region.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical and project-related documents to support project managers in clear communication
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project coordination and timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to support project objectives and resolve issues promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience as a Project Assistant in the construction or engineering industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through stakeholder interactions
