Project Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Brazil.
This role is centered on leading end-to-end digital and cloud project delivery for clients undergoing complex transformation journeys. You will act as the key orchestrator between development teams and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The position requires a strong mix of delivery discipline, client communication, and agile leadership in a fast-paced consulting and engineering environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, removing blockers, managing risks, and maintaining full visibility over project health. This is a highly client-facing role where your ability to structure chaos, drive accountability, and ensure continuous improvement will directly impact project success. The environment is fully remote and collaborative, with a strong focus on ownership and transparency.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong communication, transparency, and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and delivery flow.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers while proactively escalating critical issues when needed.
- Monitor project performance, including team velocity, progress, and overall delivery health, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed.
- Own reporting activities, including weekly internal updates and client-facing status reports covering progress, risks, and financials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous delivery improvement.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment with contractual and business expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, team efficiency, and delivery methodologies using a servant leadership approach.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or similar delivery-focused roles in digital or software environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in software delivery cycles.
- Experience working directly with software development teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (advanced or fluent level required).
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and technical teams, with professionalism and clarity.
- Proven experience managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and scope in complex environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with high levels of ownership.
- Experience with project management tools and digital delivery workflows is required.
- Scrum certification (PSM) or related training is a plus.
- Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
