Project Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in India.
This role is focused on leading end-to-end client-facing project delivery within a service operations environment, ensuring high-quality execution, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes. You will act as the key bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, making sure commitments are met on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual expectations. The position requires a strong mix of operational discipline, financial awareness, and stakeholder management across multiple accounts. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, improving service efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through retention and expansion opportunities. Working in a fast-paced and structured delivery setting, you will also contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. This is a high-impact role where execution excellence directly influences client trust, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end project and service delivery, ensuring all commitments are met within agreed timelines and scope.
- Track project execution against Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Manage scope changes through formal change control processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor SLAs/OLAs and ensure consistent achievement of service performance targets across accounts.
- Handle budget tracking, forecasting, timesheet approvals, and monthly financial reporting activities.
- Maintain up-to-date contract documentation, including renewals, extensions, and escalation matrices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage incidents, resolve issues, and ensure service continuity.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client engagement and service delivery insights.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and adoption of new tools or AI-driven initiatives.
- Proven experience in project management, service delivery, or client-facing operations roles.
- Strong understanding of SLA/OLA frameworks, contract management, and financial tracking processes.
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a structured environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and operational tracking platforms.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and timesheet management processes.
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (or actively pursuing one).
