Project Manager - KSA

- Own the full project\nlifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery against agreed\nscope, time, and budget.<\/span>
<\/li>- Be company's technical project management interface to the vendor/partners/client project team.
<\/li>- Manage\nproject budgets, track expenditure, forecast costs, and report variances to the\nHead of PMO.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
<\/li>- Plan and\ncoordinate the allocation of internal resources and third\-party vendors.<\/span>
<\/li>- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Experience on Zoho Project is preferred
<\/li>- Manages and track project risks and revenue generating professional services.
<\/li>- Escalate\ncritical risks, blockers, and decisions to the Head of PMO in a timely manner.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project on time with excellent delivery<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provide\nguidance and coaching to junior project managers and coordinators within the\nPMO<\/span>
<\/li>- Promote\ncollaborative work across departments and resolve team\-level conflicts\nconstructively<\/span>
<\/li>- Proactively\nliaise with vendors to identify, escalate, and resolve product deficiencies,\nbugs, and support requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth project\nexecution and timely delivery.<\/span>
<\/li>- Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div>- Has 5\-7 years managing IT, Cybersecurity and IT Asset Management projects
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Native Arabic Speaking
<\/li> - PMP Certified
<\/li> - Comprehensive knowledge and hands\-on experience with project management tools like ZOHO Project, MS Project, etc.
<\/li> - Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Arabic
<\/li> - 5\-7 years hands in managing IT, Cybersecurity and IT Asset Management projects<\/span>
<\/li>- Completed at least 3+ large projects in the Area of Cybersecurity, IT Asset Management, ITSM or any Solution Oriented Services.
<\/li>- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, Integration with other IT and Networking solutions, cloud architecture, etc.
<\/li>- Have people management skills and lead for results on projects with a problem\-solving attitude<\/span>
<\/li>- Traveling: required<\/span>
