          The Project Manager, OSP Construction &\nEngineering is responsible for managing the quality,\non\-budget and timely completion of all construction projects across residential\nand commercial segments. The Project Manager, OSP Construction &\nEngineering will work closely with our vendor partners and will ensure\nadherence to all company and government guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\nfor the day\-to\-day management of projects using project management tools,\nprocesses, and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on\-time, on\nbudget and with excellent quality. Serve as point of contact for everything\ninvolving a project\u2019s organization and timeline.<\/span><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must\nhave the ability to provide status across all ongoing projects at any given\ntime.<\/span><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\nlong and short\-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and\nadhering to deadlines.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nand host regular meeting series to ensure communication and alignment of\ninitiatives, information sharing and implementation of best practices.<\/span><\/span>

          Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum five (5) years of Telecommunication experience or equivalent\nproject management experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience managing large scale projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience meeting project commitment deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures consisting of\nunderground, direct buried, aerial, and building applications.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
