We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager who can own project execution end\-to\-end and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives across engineering teams.<\/span>

This is a core Project Management role, not a Business Analyst role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Agile project execution, sprint management, engineering coordination, release tracking, and delivery management.<\/span>
<\/p>The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, driving execution, resolving blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast\-paced SaaS environment.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery management across engineering teams<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand\-ups, retrospectives, and release tracking<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of product releases<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Coordinate closely with engineering teams to remove blockers and maintain development velocity<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Manage Jira / ClickUp / Zoho boards and maintain execution visibility<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Identify execution gaps proactively and drive resolution independently<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Support engineering teams in prioritization, planning, and execution activities<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\u2022 4\u20136 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, or Technical Project Management<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Strong experience managing Agile sprint execution and engineering teams<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Hands\-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, release management, and risk management<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Experience coordinating with cross\-functional technical teams<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution independently<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SaaS product environments<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Experience working in product\-based or SaaS companies is highly preferred<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution tracking<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Candidates with Business Analyst\-only experience will not be considered<\/span>
