<\/p>We are seeking an experienced <\/span>Project\nManager <\/span><\/b>to join project in Yas Marina Circuit.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution,\nand successful completion of projects, ensuring they are\ndelivered within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong project\nmanagement expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a deep understanding of\n processes in the UAE. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Develop and manage project timelines,\n budgets, and scopes to ensure successful delivery. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients,\n contractors, and consultants to align project goals and\n expectations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor project deliverables and progress,\n identifying and mitigating risks proactively. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with local regulations,\n industry standards, and project specifications. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Prepare and present project status reports\n to clients and senior management. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Oversee procurement, resource allocation,\n and subcontractor coordination. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications &\nSkills:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> in\n Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- 15 years of experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>,\n including <\/span>10 years in the UAE<\/span><\/b> in project\n management. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent project\n management certification<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> is required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong expertise in project planning,\n budgeting, and risk management. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication, leadership, and\n organizational skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to manage multiple projects\n simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
