Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, reinstatement, and facilities improvement projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead project teams and supervise site personnel.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
  • Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
