We’re an exciting and growing company with multiple brands, and this role offers a great opportunity to lead our collection launches from concept through to market delivery, working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role within the Product Marketing team, taking ownership of bringing new collections to market. This includes working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Product Management, Designers and Local Marketing teams to ensure all projects are aligned, delivered on time and within budget.

You’ll also work closely with General Managers across our countries, as well as brand teams and the leadership team, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of collection books and supporting marketing packages, ensuring a smooth and high-quality execution. You’ll collaborate with external partners, including bookmakers, printers, and other suppliers, to bring each collection to life.

Strong project management skills are essential, as you’ll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, building detailed timelines, controlling budgets, and ensuring all elements come together seamlessly.

Project Manager Product Marketing – key responsibilities:

  • Lead collection launches from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, and Local Marketing teams
  • Align with General Managers, brand teams, and leadership to ensure clarity on priorities and timelines
  • Deliver collection books and marketing packages on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and manage external suppliers such as bookmakers and printers
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and execution plans
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables
  • Drive alignment and support change management across markets
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and the wider Marketing team

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need to be comfortable working on multiple projects at once, managing competing priorities, and adapting to change. The ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and perform under pressure is key to success in this role.
