Project Manager Product Operations (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product introductions (NPI) by aligning R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain and EMS partners on key project milestones and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify delays and risks and drive timely escalation and mitigation actions.
  • Support trial run planning, product approvals and smooth transition into mass production.
  • Assess long lead-time component risks, prepare recommendations for strategic purchasing, and ensure customer delivery commitments can be met.
  • Collaborate with supply planning and operational purchasing to align production readiness with project schedules.
  • Prepare regular project status reports highlighting timelines, risks, challenges and critical decisions.
  • Facilitate communication with manufacturing partners to ensure successful execution of development and production plans.

Education:

  • Completed commercial education

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in similar role
  • Understanding how an EMS is operating
  • SAP knowledge

Skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken skills in german / english
  • Good Electronics and Mechanics skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic electronic knowledge
  • Solution-oriented working style
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3,267.00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
