Position Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

As a Project Manager, you'll lead public works and commercial construction projects from pre construction through completion while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Lead multiple commercial and public works construction projects simultaneously<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Negotiate subcontractor agreements and oversee project buyout<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate project teams<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor project financial performance and forecasting<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Deliver successful projects while maintaining strong client relationships<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Public works experience strongly preferred<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with Design\-Build and/or CMAR projects preferred<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong financial management and contract administration skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship\-building skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
