Associate Project Manager \u2013 2\- 5 Years<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Understand project scope.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Perform accurate and timely maintenance of key project administrative data such as timesheets, project status (R/A/G status), timelines, project milestones, risks, etc.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Periodically report, when required, on project status, risks, issues, and outlook.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Ensure the timely and accurate financial status of projects, managing to the budget and scope of the Statement of Work, and processing Change Orders when necessary.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Work directly with technical resources and/or service partners to ensure project activities (including timesheet processing and invoice reconciliation) are completed per plan and department standards.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Provide clear, effective, and timely internal and customer\-facing communications, escalation paths, and processes.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Manage cross\-functional, cross\-product awareness and coordination of the customer\u2019s service experience, priorities, and needs.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Contribute to Professional Services best practices.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Achieve specific customer satisfaction measures on your assigned projects.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> \u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Requirements<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Hands\-on experience in establishing and driving Agile methodology.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Proven track record of taking ownership and of delivering results in a fast\-paced environment.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Ability to drive collaboration with executives; business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Flexible and resilient; comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable to a high\-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Top 3 Must Have<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Stakeholder Management \- Align the stakeholders on 'What's' and the 'How's' of the Technical Program.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span> Planning & Execution \- Drive execution rigor using set practices; Manage & Drive Change wherever needed.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> Problem Solving & Decision Making \- Proactively <\/span>identify<\/span> problems & drive solutions; make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span>
