We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Technical Lead<\/b> to manage and lead Web and Mobile UI projects. The role requires hands\-on technical expertise in React JS and React Native<\/b>, along with strong project management and team leadership skills to ensure timely and high\-quality project delivery.

Requirements<\/h3>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

  • Manage end\-to\-end delivery of Web and Mobile UI projects
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead the React & Web UI development team
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and UI guidelines
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Review code, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, reviews)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate project status to management and clients
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Required Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • 4\u20135+ years of experience in Project Management and Frontend Development<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong hands\-on experience in React JS and React Native<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience working with REST APIs and frontend state management
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with version control systems (Git)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Skills<\/b>
      <\/h3>

      • Experience with TypeScript
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Prior experience in client\-facing roles
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
