Project Manager (Residential Projects) / $9500

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters

  • Manage on-site construction works across multiple trades

  • Oversee project progress, quality, cost, and client relationships

  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and correspondence

  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure project objectives are met

  • Handle defects rectification and improvement works

  • Implement quality, safety, and environmental management procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building /Civil Engineering /Architectural with at least 7-8 years related working experience in residential buildings.

  • Diploma in Bldg/Civil Eng/Architectural/Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years related working experience.

  • Possession of SCDP (Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity) or CCPP (Certified Construction Productivity Professional) certification would be advantage.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: Balestier

  • Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Saturday, 8am to 12pm.

  • Salary: $9500 basic + Allowance (To be discussed in the interview) + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
