Project Manager

Roc is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple customer-facing IT projects. You'll manage a varied portfolio including infrastructure refreshes, data centre migrations, cloud transformation, and cyber security programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through to handover and acceptance.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and customer expectations.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
Manage project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance.
Administer NEC contracts, change control, and commercial risk.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple projects.
Maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice.

About You:

You'll have:

Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and/or cyber security technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or equivalent).

Desirable:

Experience within government, higher education, or regulated sectors.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Project Management.

Additional Requirements

Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and Roc offices as required.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
