Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can align teams, priorities, and execution to deliver results. As a Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery of key initiatives from start to finish—ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned, and executed successfully.
You will:
- Lead the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning through execution, implementation, and stabilization
- Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to keep priorities aligned and moving forward
- Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting to maintain visibility and accountability
- Facilitate governance routines (planning meetings, stakeholder updates, retrospectives) to drive progress and alignment
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives on track
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including providing executive-level updates on progress, risks, and decisions
- Help build and refine scalable processes, tools, and workflows that improve how work gets done across the firm
