<\/p>We are\nlooking for an experienced Project Manager / Service Engineer \u2013 Coordinator to\nmanage and execute maritime connectivity and IT projects. You will act as the\nkey link between customers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth\nproject delivery and high service quality.<\/span>
<\/p>This is a\nhybrid role, combining project management, remote technical support, and field\nexecution. You will be responsible for handling and managing remote support\nactivities, answering technical queries from customers and partners, and\nsupporting the sales team with technical input. In addition, you will\noccasionally perform onboard installations, requiring a willingness to travel.<\/span>
<\/p>The role\nrequires both technical expertise and strong coordination skills, with the\nability to operate independently in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
<\/p>Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage end\-to\-end project delivery for VSAT, satcom, and onboard IT\n installations<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field engineers globally<\/span>
<\/li>- Plan, schedule, and oversee installations, upgrades, and service\n activities<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide remote technical support and resolve customer and partner\n queries<\/span>
<\/li>- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and solution design<\/span>
<\/li>- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and\n project\-related matters<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according\n to quality standards<\/span>
<\/li>- Troubleshoot and support technical issues when required<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain clear documentation and reporting (including use of Excel\n and internal tools)<\/span>
<\/li>- Support continuous improvement\n of internal processes and service delivery<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of: <\/span>
<\/li>- VSAT\nsystems <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Satellite\ncommunications (L\-band, Ku/Ka, LEO is a plus) <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- \u200b<\/span>Onboard\nIT and network solutions<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication and coordination skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Fluent in English (native speaker preferred, not mandatory)<\/span>
<\/li>- Based in the Netherlands or Europe (NL preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>- Willingness to travel and\n perform onboard installations when required<\/span>
