\u2022 Monitoring the\noperations and maintenance of the overall system as per the standards and\nrequirements defined for SI including but not limited to resolution of issues,\navailability of the system, updating hardware or system software etc.<\/span>

\u2022 Assist in ensuring\nthat the SLAs and performance levels defined for SI are met as agreement.<\/span>

\u2022 Reviewing the work of\nSystem Integrator and enable MIDC in recommending payments/approve payments.<\/span>

\u2022 Assist in Planning,\npreparing & execution of the User Acceptance Test, tracing the functional\nrequirements before the Go Live.<\/span>

\u2022 Assistance to MIDC to\nconduct the assessment/review of the system before rolling it out.<\/span>

  • Ensure end\-to\-end project execution<\/b> as per scope, timelines, and contractual commitments.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor project milestones,\n deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on\-time delivery<\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore\n teams for smooth implementation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Able to work on invoicing.<\/span>

    2. Client &\nStakeholder Management<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Conduct regular meetings<\/b> with MIDC<\/b> stakeholders to review progress, issues, and action items.<\/span>

    • Understand departmental requirements,\n road project workflows, and statutory processes.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Communicate project status, risks, and\n mitigation plans clearly to client leadership.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support decision\-making by providing\n technical and operational inputs.<\/span>

      3. Requirement &\nChange Management<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Gather, analyse, and document business\n and technical requirements from MIDC<\/b> users.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Manage change requests<\/b>, assess\n impact on scope, cost, and timelines, and get approvals.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ensure proper alignment between\n approved requirements and system implementation.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        4. Implementation &\nUAT Support<\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Oversee system configuration,\n deployment, and rollout<\/b> at MIDC<\/b>.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Plan and manage UAT activities<\/b>,\n coordinate test cases, defect tracking, and closure.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Ensure issues identified during UAT or\n pilot phases are resolved in coordination with technical teams.<\/span>

          5. Vendor & Team\nManagement<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Manage onsite project resources, assign\n tasks, and track performance.<\/span>

          • Coordinate with third\-party vendors,\n consultants, and infrastructure teams as required.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Ensure adherence to quality standards,\n processes, and documentation practices.<\/span>
