Project Manager - Software Implementation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, team members, and senior management through regular reports and meetings
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during project execution
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement
- 3-5 years of proven project management experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects successfully
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Experience with risk management and mitigation planning
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
- Preferred: Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific project management practices
