  Oversee project teams, junior staff, and vendors.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>
  Qualifications & Experience<\/span>
  <\/p>
  Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology.<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
  
  <\/div>
  Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in project management within the construction industry.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Prior experience handling multiple projects and managing vendors is essential.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Background in interior fit\-out is a strong advantage.<\/span>

  Skills & Competencies<\/span>
  <\/p>
  Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Strong grasp of Program of Works, critical paths, and project sequencing.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Excellent communication and report\-writing skills.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Confident and persuasive public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Leadership in enforcing HSE standards and maintaining quality assurance.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Familiarity with contract and subcontract terms.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>
  Must be highly organized and detail\-oriented.<\/span>
