PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all awarded strategic projects in Singapore, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate master programmes and monitor work progress against planned schedules.
• Develop cost estimates, review progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment responses.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions.
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities.
• Manage project delivery: attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety standards, monitor programme status, manage quality, and support handover to operations teams.
• Concurrently manage multiple projects, including new data centre builds and capital improvement projects.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field), Mechanical specialization preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management.
• Ideally familiar with datacentre projects or complex projects in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)environment.
• Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Self-driven, approachable, and an excellent team player.
• Flexible and forward-thinking, able to adapt to continuous changes in project direction.
• Results-focused with a “get things done” approach.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, able to quickly grasp key issues and provide clear direction to team members.
• Possess a proficiency in technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Able to commence work immediately.
