About the role

Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing technical projects or processes independently with limited supervision. The role includes solving complex problems through investigation and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically a University degree and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experiencee.
• Strong project management and engineering skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
