We are seeking an experienced Project\nManager to lead multi\-country project execution, ensure operational excellence,\nand drive successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The ideal\ncandidate is a strong leader with solid engineering project experience, capable\nof managing cross\-functional teams and maintaining high service standards in a\nfast\-paced environment.

Responsibilities<\/b>

\u2022 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, scopes, and work breakdown structures aligned with company \nobjectives.
<\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate resource allocation including engineers, tools, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
<\/div>
\u2022 Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and support financial reporting and cost control initiatives.
<\/div>
\u2022 Assist in project pricing, cost estimates, and implementation of cost\-saving measures without compromising \nquality.
<\/div>
\u2022 Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and high client satisfaction.
<\/div>
\u2022 Monitor and enforce SLA compliance, contractual obligations, and service quality standards.
<\/div>
\u2022 Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain smooth project flow.
<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure all project activities meet regulatory, safety, quality, and engineering compliance standards.
<\/div>
\u2022 Supervise and support project teams, track performance, and foster a high\-performance, collaborative work \nenvironment.
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad\-hoc performance reports.
<\/div>
\u2022 Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, track deliverables, and manage workflows.

\u2022 Collaborate across business units to support cross\-functional initiatives and shared projects

Requirements<\/h3>

Education<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering,\nElectrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Professional project management certification\n(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
<\/p>
Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>5\u20138 years\u2019 experience in project management,\nengineering project coordination, or operations management.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in bottling, manufacturing, or\nengineering service industries is strongly preferred.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience managing multi\-country\nprojects and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Technical and Functional Requirements<\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in project management tools such as\nMicrosoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite for\nreporting and documentation.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with financial tracking tools and\nERP systems for monitoring project expenses.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to interpret technical documentation,\nengineering drawings, and compliance reports.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong leadership skills with experience\nmanaging cross\-functional technical teams.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Solid financial acumen with experience in\nbudgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication and stakeholder\nmanagement skills.
