Position Overview<\/b>

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager<\/b> with a minimum of 9 years of proven expertise in the construction industry<\/b>, particularly in civil works and large\-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Minimum of 9 years\u2019 experience managing construction projects.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are an added advantage.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
