The Opportunity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

We\u2019re seeking a<\/span><\/span> Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b> to project manage the integration of the world's smartest buildings. They will work with clients, vendors, and our team of implementation specialists to bring buildings online in a well organized manner. They will work with technical leads, implementation managers and our client experience teams to ensure client needs are met. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

• Collaborate with Clients, Sales, and Implementation Managers to define project scope <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prepare, organize, and present reports on project status<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collect and organize documentation from clients and vendors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Schedule and facilitate status, planning, and review meetings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Work with Technical Leads and Implementation Managers to overcome roadblocks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Review deliverables with Client Experience for project turnover<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Analyze business and technical documents<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain all project plans, documentation and ensure compliance to timeframe<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
