Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and expectations are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least two completed project cycles.
- At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.
- Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record in the building industry.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Must able to lead the project team.
