POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and process a strong work with and an ALL IN mindset to drive results
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
- Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
- Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
- Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
- Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
- Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
- This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
- When on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required
- 2-3+ years of leadership experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
