    What Makes You a Great Fit<\/b>

    • Experience leading cross\u2011functional projects (utilities, operations, engineering, IT, or similar)<\/span>

    • Strong PM fundamentals \u2014 scope, schedule, risk, communication<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable driving accountability without authority<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Clear communicator who can translate technical and non\u2011technical information<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with process improvement (Lean, continuous improvement mindset)<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Bonus: exposure to SAP, GIS, scheduling/dispatch systems, or mobility apps<\/span>

    • PMP is a plus, not a requirement<\/span>
