You\u2019ll run a mix of operational, process, and system\u2011enhancement projects that directly impact safety, reliability, customer service, and day\u2011to\u2011day operations across the utility.<\/span> If you\u2019re the kind of PM who likes clarity, ownership, and the ability to actually move the needle \u2014 you\u2019ll thrive here.<\/span> You own your projects end\u2011to\u2011end<\/span> You work directly with SMEs, field teams, IT, and leadership<\/span> Your work improves how thousands of customers and employees experience the utility<\/span> You get visibility \u2014 these projects matter<\/span> You\u2019re not stuck in a PMO bureaucracy; you\u2019re driving real change<\/span> \u200b<\/span> Multiple operational and process\u2011improvement projects at once<\/span> Building scope, requirements, schedules, and resource plans<\/span> Keeping teams aligned and accountable<\/span> Identifying risks early and driving solutions<\/span> Communicating with stakeholders at all levels<\/span> Supporting training, rollout, and change management<\/span> Using internal tools to track progress and report status<\/span> \u200b<\/span> Experience leading cross\u2011functional projects (utilities, operations, engineering, IT, or similar)<\/span> Strong PM fundamentals \u2014 scope, schedule, risk, communication<\/span> Comfortable driving accountability without authority<\/span> Clear communicator who can translate technical and non\u2011technical information<\/span> Experience with process improvement (Lean, continuous improvement mindset)<\/span> Bonus: exposure to SAP, GIS, scheduling/dispatch systems, or mobility apps<\/span> PMP is a plus, not a requirement<\/span>
