Project Manager
Enable and accelerate both IID operations delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business through project management, cross functional coordination, governance, and execution tracking.
I. Key Responsibilities
• Project Delivery & Execution Enablement
o Project management of IID operations to support timely, high quality dashboard delivery
o Project Management of Strategic Risk Consulting Business roll out of dashboards to clients
o Coordinate across IID Ops leaders, Consultants, and Tech to unblock any execution issues
• Cross Functional Coordination
o Own coordination of projects and initiatives (remediation plans, testing, quality plans, query reduction plans, automation pilots)
o Support Risk & Analytics Ops and sales leaders in query, quality, and automation management requiring cross team alignment
• Governance & Action Tracking
o Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and delivery teams
o Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, trackers, and key project artefacts to support delivery governance
o Tracking progress against plan, identifying delivery risks and issues early, and maintaining RAID logs with clear mitigation actions
o Participate and contribute on IID governance forums with agreed cadence
o Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions through to closure (this should also include escalations)
o Maintain a single source of truth for IID action plans and help in drawing trends/RCAs for any issues/escalations
• Metrics, Insights & Reporting
o Manage and report IID Ops performance metrics (delivery, quality, automation outcomes)
o Provide insights on trends, root causes, and systemic issues for Ops leadership
• Change & Transition Support
o Support adoption of new tools, processes, and quality standards
o Coordinate transition plans for changes impacting IID Ops delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business.

Qualifications
• Preferred knowledge on tools
o Portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Co-Pilot/ Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), MS Excel
• Basic Qualifications:
o Minimum bachelor’s degree a must
o Strong Project Management skills
o Must be intermediate level in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Excellent attention to detail
o Highly organized
o Good understanding of project delivery to be able to challenge
o Ability to manage projects in both Internal Operations and External (client-facing) environments
o Proactive approach, results focused, highly motivated, self-starter, critical thinker and problem-solver
• Ability to closely partner with senior stakeholders, Project Manager and Programme Managers (across geographies) on projects
