Project Management Specialist II for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Atlanta, GA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for managing Tech Support contracts and overseeing their performance.
Provide data related to Tech Support contracts, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and margin details.
Manage Tech Support contracts and ensure their successful execution.
Oversee the performance of Tech Support contracts and identify areas for improvement.
Develop programs that bridge process gaps between commercial teams.
Provide data and analysis related to Tech Support contracts, including COGS and margin details.
Create reports using BI Tools such as Tableau to help Tech Support evaluate contract performance and team performance.
Assist in identifying and analyzing customers that have contract overruns.
Implement new processes for the Tech Support team.
Effectively communicate process changes, optimization features of new tools and outline expectations of adoption.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in project management in a professional environment.
Must have 1 year of experience with the following: proficiency in using BI Tools such as Tableau; understanding various software development lifecycle; knowledge of data analytics, data management and maintaining databases; and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.
