Project Officer (12-mth contract | Up to $4k | Central)

About the Role
📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Central
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inspections and surveillance visits to business establishments to verify halal certification requirements

• Perform compliance verification to ensure correct certificate verification and adherence to halal certification conditions

• Monitor and verify the implementation of the new e-certificate system across establishments

• Document findings, non-compliance issues, and observations through accurate report writing

• Support officers and management in surveillance activities without disrupting core operations

• Represent the organisation professionally during site interactions with establishments and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
