Project / Operations Executive

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project/ Operations Executive to support a healthcare study pilot. This roleinvolves coordinating with stakeholders, managing recruitment processes, andoverseeing on-site health assessment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with programme teams and vendors to support study execution
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of participants
• Coordinate with stakeholders on setup and operational deployment
• Oversee daily operations of health assessment kiosks during the pilot
  (e.g., body composition measurement, hand grip strength, blood pressure, waist circumference)
• Provide administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities

Preferred Traits

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Experience in managing vendors or field operations is a plus
