Title: Project (Optimization and Automation) Manager
Location: Hungary, Virtual
The Optimization and Automation Analyst is in charge to drive innovative optimization solution for the region, supporting the Europe Region Warehousing Lead. The Optimization and Automation Analyst is reporting to the Europe Region Warehousing Lead and supporting the site managers in the region. Leading optimization projects based on data gathering and analytics.
Key responsibilites:
  • Participate actively in regional site assessments.
  • Leading optimization projects based on data gathered
  • Supporting the region lead and site managers in benchmark projects
  • Actively working on process documentation and optimization across the region
  • Collecting and maintaining inventory and KPI data from the sites in the region and apply automated workflow wherever possible
  • Actively looking for automation possibilities and initiate projects
  • Support the site managers on the weekly/monthly reporting

Qualifications :
  • Understanding on general warehousing processes, terminologies
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Analytical thinking, detail oriented
  • Ability to design solution
  • Mindset for innovation
  • Tools: Visio, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platforms basic knowledge or any other automation experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Hungarian - verbal and written
