Project Planner
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and ensure optimal allocation.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, delays, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site visits to gather data and assess the progress of construction activities.
- Identify potential risks and delays in the project timeline, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts to project management and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of schedule changes, delays, and mitigation measures taken.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
- 3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
